  I picked a random church to attend this morning and this ended up being where my finger landed. The 30 minute drive out was beautiful and pleasant, no traffic. Upon arriving I was kindly greeted by a few church members. Not over packed but not empty either. The man who preached was straight up and spoke honestly about his feelings, opinions and the Word. The songs sang were well picked and the church sounded great all together. (I didn't sing, just listened) Nobody broke out in tongues and there was no clapping or anything radical that some feel uncomfortable around.( I'm not against that) Communion was at the end of the service. Me being 23 years old, combat veteran, single and not being raised in the church, this was a warm and comfortable experience. I'm leaving the country for some time next week, but when I return I'm sure that I'll attend again!
